pick-up & shipping
The auction will end and final winners will be calculated August 10th at 6pm EDT. Winning bidders will receive an e-mail the evening of the 10th with instructions about the end-of-auction process, including the total amount they will have agreed to donate to the Robin Hood Foundation.
Winning bidders may either pick up works at apexart or have the works shipped via US Postal Service. Because of the volume of works, these are the only two options avialable for the delivery of works.
Payments will be processed online and instructions for donating the amount pledged will be included in the e-mail to winning bidders. Bidders are encouraged to pay online before coming to the gallery to speed up the pick-up process, but we will also be able to process donations at the time of pick-up. Cash will be accepted for works picked up at the gallery (exact change greatly appreciated).
Pick up
apexart will be open for the three Mondays following the close of the exhibition: August 13th, August 20th, and August 27th from 11am - 6pm.
These are the only days on which works may be picked up at the gallery.
Any works that have not been claimed by the 27th will be shipped to the winning bidder at the rates listed below.
Shipment
apexart will happily send works via mail to those who are not in the New York area or who will not be able to pick up works at the gallery on the three dates listed above. We will also gladly ship internationally. Online donations must be processed before works will be shipped.
- US: There will be a flat charge of $5 for shipping to domestic locations. Please allow 4-6 days for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and 6-10 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
- International: There will be a flat charge of $10 for shipping outside of the US. Please allow 6-10 days for delivery.
All shipments will be sent via Parcel Post and will not be insured. Alternatively, FedEx shipping can be arranged if charged to the recipient's FedEx account.
